  Overall:    I must say, quite the excellent week - particularly from a work perspective. Takeaways from Week 1: Good 2024 annual review Need to turn up the empathy dial Behavioral Takeaways I was quite pleased with my annual review for 2024 and that prevented from being "other focused" and lost some empathy in the process (I should be forgiven though - the review was good !  :-)) Not bad with my vitamin consumption Not so good with my "movement" NOTES: Work: Got an outstanding review - literally - Outstanding on the What dimension and Outstanding on the How dimension. Overall:    First week of work related travel and it was the FULL week!  First in Boca Raton, FL and then NYC.  Felt exhausted when I returned home Friday evening after leaving Sunday afternoon - but very satisfied with an excellent week work wise! Kicked off the year - 2025!
