Picture of the week:

Sunset over Salt Lake City from the air

Overall:

A week that spanned the country and the senses—from the beaches of Florida to the snowy slopes of Utah. Packed with professional milestones, stunning views, nourishing meals, and a family birthday celebration, it was a full-bodied blend of strategy, reflection, and rejuvenation.

• Insightful engagements at the TMRW conference—both speaking and learning.

• Reaffirmed that zooming out (literally and metaphorically) provides powerful clarity.

• Altitude, effort, and family bonding all found balance in Park City.

Behavioral Takeaways

  1. Pausing to see differently (Amy Herman) and expanding under pressure (James Gallaher) go hand-in-hand.
  2. Hydration, humor, and a Bloody Mary at elevation are powerful mood stabilizers.
