Overall:

Second week of not traveling. A welcome pause that brought grounded rhythms at home and clarity at work. Weekend travel began with ease and purpose.

Research projects are progressing well with strong momentum.

Reinstated Bev’s one to one. Stayed clinical, agenda led, and firm. I held boundaries professionally.


Home:

Enjoyed time on the patio. Transplanted plants.

Irrigation system installation is in progress.

Agreed with neighbor Dave on further tree trimming.


Health and Fitness

Resumed yoga at the work fitness center. Grounding and steady.

Got haircut and color - am 6 sessions in 😝


Music:

No major updates this week.


Writing:

First design draft of booklet with Dad looks great. A strong and satisfying visual start.

Completed the book Samuelson Friedman. A thoughtful and engaging read with lasting implications.


Social:

Weekend travel underway for graduation celebration. More updates to come.


Sports

Golfed Sunday. First round of the season. Felt strong and in good form.


Travel Plans

Preparing for upcoming golf trip.

Also getting ready to travel for Riya’s graduation. Joyful anticipation.

Departed Boston for Stamford on Saturday, en route to a graduation party in Philadelphia on Sunday.

Entertainment

Watched Mission Impossible. Framed it as going to the circus. Made it delightfully lighthearted.
